At World harvest College of Ministry and Christian Leadership, our purpose is to equip believers in Christ Jesus "for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ." (Ephesians 4:11) We will endeavor to assist you to fulfill your calling by helping you to develop the character, knowledge, and skills you need to reach your dreams for Jesus.
However, World harvest College of Christian Ministry and Leadership, Nigeria, was founded with these purposes:
1. To equip students to make sound judgments, think clearly and communicate effectively.
2. To develop Christian leaders through a balanced program of biblical studies and general education with an emphasis on the "whole person".
3. To train Christian workers to witness, teach and preach Jesus Christ to this generation, thus fulfilling the Great Commission.
4. To offer studies leading to undergraduate courses full range from Certificate, Diploma, Associate and Bachelor degrees and post-graduate degrees as the Spirit of God shall lead.
5. To foster an appreciation of self, others and their views on ethical and moral values.
6. To provide service to the community and the world through its educational programs, evangelistic endeavors and ministries.
7. To equip individuals in the five-fold ministry of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers.
8. To equip individuals for functioning in support of dimensions of ministerial leadership in churches, counseling agencies, missionary organizations and other diverse helping roles as needed in the Body of Christ.
The College exists to train and develop manpower for church-related ministries. However, the degree programs of this college are designed solely for religious vocations. We are not training men for secular jobs and employment. We are a school of Christian ministry!
